Rob is a Compliance Officer with M&W Financial. He holds his Series 22, 63, and 39 licenses and brings 20 years of management, process improvement and sales experience to the company. Rob was born in Kansas City, Kansas and grew up in El Paso, Texas. He earned his undergraduate degree in business administration majoring in finance from Texas Christian University in 1985. After college, Rob worked for General Dynamics in Fort Worth, Texas, as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting the F-16 aircraft program. In 1991, Rob joined Halliburton Company in Arlington, Texas, as the Supervisor of Cost Accounting. There, his accounting responsibilities included creating cost accounting systems and developing systems to allocate Information Technology costs to all Halliburton division. In 1992, he graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, earning an MBA with a focus on Information Systems. In 1994, Rob accepted a position with AVO International in Dallas, Texas. As the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, Rob developed costing systems as well as revenue forecasting and expense budgeting programs. Rob joined Central Industrial Supply of Grand Prairie, Texas in 1998. In his 9 years with the company, he held several positions: Director of Customer Business Unit, Senior Sales Engineer, and Senior Manager of a companywide IT system development team. As Director, Rob managed all activities of product development, manufacturing/assembly, and sales for customers such as: IBM, Sun Microsystems, and Unisys. In 2007, Rob accepted a position with General Electrodynamics Corporation in Arlington, Texas. As Vice President, Rob managed major customer relations, quality systems, and implemented improvement initiatives for improved production flow and on time delivery. In 2008, Rob joined M&W Financial, where he remains a valued employee.
