Andrew was born in Saigon, Vietnam, but spent most of his youth in New England and Puerto Rico. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in government and photography. He holds his Series 39, 22 and 63 licenses and has over 20 years of sales experience that he brings to the team.
